These ganglines include lead, team and wheel section, which we recommend (lead shortens the taglines for the lead dogs and reduces tangles in the hind legs, wheel to extend the distance to the vehicle / sled). The lead section is 500 mm. The team sections can be ordered 2300 mm or 2500 mm, the wheel section 2500 mm or 2700 mm. All complete tow lines are sold without hooks due to many options, complete your order with the hooks you want for necklines and tow ropes. D-Pro is a pure "HMPE core" that is provided with a special "coating" (= impregnation), which protects the line against abrasion and UV radiation. Very low elongation and high breaking load characterize these ropes. A braided rope made of the new generation HMPE (High Modulus PolyEthylene) fiber. (Dyneema is a trademark for HMPE fiber that was previously patented.) This fiber is called D-Pro. 70% stronger than steel wire and 7 times lighter! Elongation at break close to 0% Breaking load: 6 mm, 4000 kg and 4 mm 1600 kg. Sections in 6 mm and towbars / neck ropes in 4 mm, excluding hooks.
